The Cooperage is a revitalized historic apartment community in the Scott's Addition neighborhood of Richmond, VA. Formerly a tobacco barrel warehouse starting at the turn of the 20th century, the massive space has been refurbished and converted into 150+ stunning apartment homes. We offer 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + den/home office, and 2-bedroom apartment homes. Here, all utilities are included in the price of rent!
